Growing up I can't count the times my Dad would whip up what he called "Oatmeal Quickies". They are so easy and so yummy. Last night we made them as a family. Aaron and Ace ate sooooo many. I can't believe that they didn't get sick. It was the first time I had ever made them and it brought back such memories--Thanks Dad!!

And those oatmeal quickies are still good. But I think the banana pudding is better! You also might as well throw in some purple hull peas for Mike. You know how he loves them.
